Byker Hall provides residential care, nursing care as well as supporting people living with dementia. Through either full-time or short term placements, subject to availability.

We tailor our services and support to the needs of individuals providing high quality care.

Byker Hall has a dedicated Dementia Care Unit providing specialist care for individuals living with Dementia.  Our focus is to continually consult with a range of leading dementia specialists.  This ensures our home offers safe, supportive, specially adapted environments to maximise independence and self-esteem.

Making The Right Choice For You

A Care Home should be like a home from home. So choosing the right Care Home with the right facilities is very important. But we do not expect you to take our word for it.

Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic we are unable to invite you in for a cup of tea and a look around as we once did. Instead we would ask that you take a virtual tour, visit our Facebook page or have a look at our testimonials to see the warm atmosphere, the excellent standards of comfort and the strong companionship we have at Byker Hall.

Call our Home Manager for a chat and she will be more than happy to discuss any questions you may have. We always reviewing our protocols and hope to be able to invite you in when it is safe to do so.

If you wish, we can arrange a trial stay in consultation with the Social Services Department if necessary.
